Howard Slams Home a Win

Dwight Howard is simply a beast. He dominated the field in a impressive slam dunk contest. Not even blowing of the bithday cupcake(A dunk in the 1st round by Gerald Green) could defeat Howard. Howard put up all the stops even putting on a superman costume for one of his impressive dunkshttp://sports.espn.go.com/nba/allstar2008/news/story?id=3249672. Dwight Howard by far brought back the dunk contest.

Purdue has Wisconsin's Number

Purdue the best team in the Big Ten? Probabaly not but they are alone at the top of the Big Ten with the upset win over #8 Wisconsin. Purdue now (10-1) in the conference leads the Big Ten by a half a game followed closely by Indiana (9-1). Purdue Saturday night went into one of the toughest places to play and became the second Big Ten team to win at Wisconsin since Illionois.http://sports.espn.go.com/ncb/recap?gameId=280400275 Purdue's season is not over by a long shot though. Tomorrow they will face #10Michigan State and a week later #13Indiana. If Purdue can win out they have a good chace to get a low seed in the tournament.
