Dwight Howard is simply a beast. He dominated the field in a impressive slam dunk contest. Not even blowing of the bithday cupcake(A dunk in the 1st round by Gerald Green) could defeat Howard. Howard put up all the stops even putting on a superman costume for one of his impressive dunkshttp://sports.espn.go.com/nba/allstar2008/news/story?id=3249672. Dwight Howard by far brought back the dunk contest.

I agree, he put on an impressive showing on All-Star Weekend. I think it is the best Slam-Dunk contest since Vince Carter in 2000. Although Howard was very impressive, I still give Carter the best Slam-Dunk contest showing that I have ever seen.
Not that i follow the dunk contest or the All-Star games, i still think it's a little extreme that he wore a superman cape. It's not like basketball players need more of a confidence boost.
